A high-security lock for outdoor use alerts you when the door is open and includes a lockout feature to prevent accidental code entries. It also notifies you of a low battery. With normal use, the lock’s battery lasts 6–12 months.

The installation of the home box is simple and can be done on your own. The box can be mounted on a fence, wall, or on the ground next to your home.  Its sturdy galvanised construction combined with high-quality coating acts as a shield against weather conditions and UV radiation. The home box has an anti-corrosion and anti-graffiti finish. It can hold parcels weighing up to 30 kg and operates without the need for an internet connection or power supply.

HOW TO START USING A HOME BOX?

Visit the Balíkovna online store and choose from the available home boxes for houses.

Install the box according to the manual on a fence, wall, or ground on your property so that it is easily accessible to the parcel delivery person.

The first step to activate the box is to register on the website or in the Balíkovna mobile app. If you already have a registration, great. If not, it takes a few clicks of the mouse.

Activate the box and provide all the required information to set up a permanent delivery arrangement for parcels, including instructions for the delivery person’s route to the box. You can find the home box ID on the door of the box.

Done! Your home box is now ready, and you can start collecting parcels at your convenience without any worries. Just select Balíkovna Home Delivery or Parcel Delivery To Hand services at the online store checkout.

You can share your home box with your friends. Log in to your My Balíkovna profile on the Balíkovna website, and check the box in the Home Boxes menu that you want to share with other users. Create an invitation in the Instructions Management menu and send it to the new user.
